Shipping
As products are personalised, please allow up to 14 working days for orders to arrive. We do try to dispatch within 2 working days, but during busy periods this may not be possible. Shipping is a minimum of £1.50, with a maximum charge of £2.50 no matter how much you are ordering. If your order value is over £75.00 shipping is free. If your order is needed quickly, please contact us to establish availability.
Returns
We can not accept returns on any personalised items unless they are faulty. When inputting any personalisation in the ordering process, please double check all spellings as we can not be held responsible for any type errors made at the time of ordering. If you do discover an item to be faulty, please email us - sales@printaribbon.co.uk within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange the return of the goods.
International Shipping
We are a UK based business, our website is currently only set up with shipping charges to post to customers within mainland UK. We can ship abroad if required, however, before ordering please contact us for a shipping quote. Please note that while we offer a free sample service to the UK, customers ordering a sample for international postage may be charged - please contact us for details.
Any customer that does not contact us before ordering will be contacted with additional carriage costs before the order is processed.
